Key Responsibilities

Confidently handle pricing objections and guide leads to trial or paid plans
Maintain GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, tags, automations).
Convert inbound and outbound leads via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone in 3 languages
Build and refine follow-up sequences and pre-churn outreach
Send payment links, enroll new members, and manage PushPress data
Coordinate social media content (clips, posts, tagging) with coaches via Slack
Manage member communications during price changes or software transitions
Track key KPIs: close rates, churn, book-to-show ratios

Requirements
