RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

As a Transformation and Governance Manager of Production Management, the candidate will serve as a critical liaison between technical operations and executive leadership, ensuring seamless communication during high-stakes incidents and stabilization efforts. This role demands a strategic leader with exceptional executive-facing communication skills, a proven ability to manage on-call support, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in driving processes to stabilize production

environments.


The candidate will lead executive communications during major incidents (on an on-call basis), provide real-time updates to executive leaders, and facilitate overnance meetings with North America Operating Entities (OEs) regarding stability topics. Additionally, will spearhead special assignments to resolve systemic operational challenges, lead stability-focused working sessions, and implement corrective measures to ensure uninterrupted business functionality. The mission is to safeguard production stability while maintaining transparency and trust with senior leadership and customers.


Executive Communication & Incident Leadership

• Act as the primary point of contact for executive communications during critical incidents, delivering clear, concise, and actionable updates to C-suite stakeholders;

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for executive-level incident briefings, ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and post-mortem reporting;

• Craft executive-ready summaries of incidents, impacts, and remediation plans, translating technical details into business terms.


Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead governance meetings with North America OEs and senior executives, aligning production stability goals with organizational priorities;

• Support KPIs to track incident trends, operational health, and progress on stabilization initiatives;

• Drive accountability by documenting action items, ownership, and timelines from senior leadership forums.


Incident Stabilization & Operational Excellence

• Own special assignments to diagnose and resolve chronic production issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement long-term fixes;

• Chair stability meetings to review incident patterns, prioritize remediation efforts, and monitor progress against action plans;

• Partner with engineering and operations teams to embed preventive measures (e.g.,automation, redundancy) into production systems.


Local Environment Reporting

• Will support the reporting and forecasting needs to support the ATA Local Environment needs;

• Will chair meetings and review results with senior leadership team 


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred;
  • Fluent English.


Experience:

  • 10+ years in IT/production management, including 5+ years in leadership roles with direct executive engagement;
  • Proven track record in managing high-pressure incidents and communicating with executive stakeholders. o Experience leading governance processes and stabilizing large-scale production environments.

Skills:

  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for non-technical audiences;
  • Strong familiarity with ITIL, incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and operational governance frameworks;
  • Strategic and tactical problem-solving and crisis leadership capabilities;
  • This role is role that requires both a leader and someone that will roll up their sleeves to do the actual work.


Soft Skills:

  • High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior leaders;
  • Agile decision-making under pressure and commitment to transparency;
  • Needs to have a presence that can hold their own with senior leaders;
  • Will expect this role to look to extend their influence and contributions beyond their immediate job description.


Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications: ITIL Expert, PMP, or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP);
  • Experience in industries with stringent uptime requirements (e.g., finance, healthcare, ecommerce);
  • Background in DevOps/SRE practices or AI-driven operational analytics.
