Collaborating on the support and design of trading capabilities across various platforms
Conducting in-depth requirement analysis, continuous data monitoring, and diligent user feedback tracking for assigned modules. This involves ensuring the ongoing optimization of trading experiences and features

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, with a track record of using data-driven insights to guide product iteration and optimization
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in clear and concise documentation
Strong sense of responsibility, coupled with excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities
Prior experience or familiarity with financial products such as blockchain, securities, derivatives, funds, bonds, etc., is advantageous
Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
