Job description

Position summary

We’re seeking a sharp, strategic Marketing Analytics Manager to support a high-impact, 3-month project that underpins our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a flair for storytelling through numbers and an ability to work cross-functionally across content, performance, PR, and executive leadership.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and act as the analytical backbone of the GTM effort, building dashboards, uncovering insights, and enabling data-backed decision-making across the marketing funnel.

Key Objectives

  • Evaluate and optimise performance across all current marketing channels.
  • Build and deploy a dashboard suite for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Deliver a structured insights report that directly supports the 2025 GTM plan.
  • Conduct in-depth attribution and CAC analysis across the marketing-to-sales pipeline.
  • Provide forecasting and scenario analysis to support campaign planning.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance dashboards in Google Analytics and Sheets.
  • Conduct funnel diagnostics and provide CAC, ROI, and channel mix insights.
  • Partner with Content, Paid Ads, PR, and Events teams to ensure analytics are embedded in decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into crisp recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Identify quick wins and long-term opportunities for improving marketing data infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a marketing analytics, performance marketing, or marketing ops role.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilities, you’re a formula and pivot table professional.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team alignment skills.
  • A sharp balance of analytical rigour and creative marketing intuition.
  • Experience with attribution models, pipeline analytics, and forecasting.
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B, SaaS, or blockchain-related industries.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and structured: you manage outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely with asynchronous check-ins.
  • Open to flexible milestones and fast-paced iteration.

Project Duration

  • 3 months (with possibility of extension based on scope and fit).
