Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Onboarding & Support Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and supporting them with any questions or technical issues. Your goal is to ensure every clinic has a smooth and successful start with AesthetiDocs – and continues to feel supported throughout their journey.

This is a remote, contract-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring timely and successful implementation

Deliver exceptional support to existing clients via email, chat, and video calls

Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with the product/engineering team when needed

Provide training and walkthroughs to ensure clients fully understand how to use the platform

Maintain accurate records of support interactions and client progress

Help improve internal documentation and client-facing guides based on common queries

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Experience delivering technical support and software onboarding
  • Strong communication and customer service skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ideally in healthcare or aesthetics
  • Self-starter with strong time management and remote working skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Bonus: Experience working with CRM, EMR/EPR, or similar platforms
  • Bonus: Background in the aesthetic or healthcare industry
