Job description

This is a remote position.

As an E-Commerce Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms. This position involves uploading new products, maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

You Will:

Upload new product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and specifications.
Regularly update product information, including pricing, inventory levels, and promotions.
Conduct regular reviews of product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Address and resolve any issues related to product data, images, or descriptions.
Answer customer inquiries.
Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align product listings with overall business goals.
Collaborate with graphic designers to obtain high-quality product images.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of product listings.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

You Must Have:
