Job description

This is a remote position.

The Technical Analyst – Merchant Integration is responsible for managing the end-to-end technical integration of merchants onto our payment platform. This includes providing hands-on support during onboarding, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all integrations are completed smoothly and efficiently


The responsibilities of the Technical Support includes:

  •  Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to support merchant onboarding from a technical perspective.
  • Conduct integration sessions with merchants, guiding them through API implementation, SDK usage, and system configuration.
  • Provide technical assistance during testing and go-live phases to ensure successful deployment of payment solutions.
  • Analyze merchant requirements and propose the most suitable integration approach based on their platform and needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after integration.
  • Document integration processes, technical requirements, and onboarding checklists.
  • Monitor live integrations to ensure stability and escalate issues as needed.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for merchants during the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality, security, and operational standards.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  •  3+ years of experience in technical integration, solution engineering, or API onboarding—preferably in fintech or payment services.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and system-to-system communication protocols.
  • Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) or frontend/backend integration tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects in parallel.
