Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our remote team immediately. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with navigating our products and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive relationship with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, social media, and chat.
Address customers in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner.
Proactively reach out to churned users for insights and feedback.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.
Follow up with management about unresolved issues and, in some positions, provide tech support over the phone.
Work with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Take ownership of customer issues, follow up on outstanding requests, and escalate issues when necessary.
Engage with prospective clients on various online blogs, communities, or forums to gain traction.
Optimize support tools such as Zohodesk and ZohoChat e.t.c.
Perform data entry on various platforms.

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in customer service.
Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A people person who knows how to make others feel special and goes the extra mile for clients.
Smart and resourceful, able to overcome challenges by thinking outside the box.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and within a Customer Support team.
Comfortable using a variety of software technologies, including Zohodesk, ZohoChat, Slack, Google Drive, etc.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
