The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Assist the State in design for OCD DRU use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use
Meet with and work directly with OCD DRU program staff on system configuration needs of Intelligrants and document these requirements
Work directly with Applications Program Manager to ensure OCD DRU leadership are able to successfully articulate and document the business needs around the use the Intelligrants grants management software by OCD DRU
Work with Applications Programmer, Senior Applications Programmer, and IT Tester on creation of use cases for proper Quality Assurance and End User Acceptability for Intelligrants grants management software
Requirements
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas areMANDATORY:
Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
Ability to assess successful operational use of Intelligrants
Good customer service in working with end users on testing of configuration changes to ensure a successful testing cycle
The primary work location will be: Remote
