Job description

This is a remote position.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with empathy.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and feedback.

Operations Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, order processing, and logistics.

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on customer interactions, feedback, and operational metrics.

Process Improvement:

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Analyze customer feedback and operational data to suggest and implement improvements.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated with new products, services, and policies.

Administrative Support:

Perform data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Support special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role.

Proven experience working in a BPO environment, specifically with US processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software (e.g., Freshdesk, Hubspot).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Experience of working in a fast-pace environment.

A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
