The specific focus of this team is to create re-usable UI components for the application teams; the essential approach is a component- based UI and composite-UI architecture.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

English: Excellent oral and written skills.
3+ years of recent experience as UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Experience working in an agile environments.
Be able to work within an existing design system.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams using Atlassian products including JIRA and Confluence.
Proficient in Figma.
Knowledge of JavaScript and component-based UI design and the micro-site / composite-UI architecture is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Help define product requirements by engaging with users and the business.
Conduct various forms of user research, including user interviews and concept testing.
Design, test and iterate to create intuitive and scalable user experiences.
Work with developers to implement designs – creating production ready digital assets (PNG) and source code artifacts such as HTML/CSS.
Participate in regular design critiques.
