Experience:
Previous pharmacy experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) required.
Since the job duties consist of reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorizations, candidates with that experience are preferred.

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. Must have an active license in the state of work.
