Job description

Role: Unified Collaboration Support Engineer

Location: Remote – Mexico

Duration: 3 Months CTH (Contract-to-Hire)

Top Required Skills:

Tier I–III support experience with tools like Zoom, Slack, Box, LucidSuite, SharePoint, Kaltura, Smartsheet, and Unily (Intranet)
Strong understanding of collaboration managed services and platforms
Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management
Excellent communication and documentation skills
5–8+ years of experience in IT/Collaboration Support
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end support for collaboration tools
Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
Own issues through resolution within SLA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support training/documentation efforts
