Job description

Role: Unified Collaboration Support Engineer

 Location: Remote – Mexico

 Duration: 3 Months CTH (Contract-to-Hire)


Top Required Skills:
  • Tier I–III support experience with tools like Zoom, Slack, Box, LucidSuite, SharePoint, Kaltura, Smartsheet, and Unily (Intranet)
  • Strong understanding of collaboration managed services and platforms
  • Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT/Collaboration Support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for collaboration tools
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Own issues through resolution within SLA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support training/documentation efforts
