This is a remote position.
Proven sales experience, particularly in IT.
Strong understanding of Microsoft's offerings, Licensing, and related IT services.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
3+ years of experience in technology sales.
Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
Basic Remuneration:
A more then competitive base salary that ensures financial stability for Business Sales
Consultants.
Commission Structure:
Tier 1 (0 to 1 Customer signed up): 5% commission
Tier 2 (2 to 3 Customers signed up): 7.5% commission + 1% accelerator for MRR revenue above
1.8 million annual MRR G.P revenue.
Tier 3 (4 to 6 Customers signed up): 10% commission + 2% accelerator for MRR revenue above
3.6 million annual MRR G.P revenue.
Tier 4 (7+ Customers signed up): 12% commission + 3% accelerator MRR revenue above 4.8
million annual MRR G.P revenue.
Tiered Sales Commission Approach:

Team Performance Bonus
If the sales team collectively exceeds the annual target by 20%, a 1% bonus is awarded to each
