Your Role: Head of Sourcing

As the Head of Sourcing, you will be at the heart of Enky’s success, ensuring that we offer the highest quality furniture at the best possible prices. You will lead the strategy behind all sourcing and procurement activities, negotiating contracts, and building long-term partnerships with suppliers. Your deep industry knowledge and knack for spotting trends will ensure that Enky remains ahead of the curve in delivering premium, sustainable furniture to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

● Leadthe end-to-end sourcing strategy for Enky, from supplier selection to negotiation

and contract management.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.

● Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize value while maintaining product

quality.

● Identify new product trends, materials, and innovations in the furniture industry that

align with Enky’s mission of sustainability and quality.

● Collaborate with the operations and design teams to ensure a seamless supply chain

and on-time product delivery.

● Monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure they meet quality standards and

delivery timelines.

● Optimize inventory management processes, ensuring we maintain the right balance

between stock availability and cost-efficiency

Your Profile: The A-Player We Need

● You have 5+years of experience in sourcing or procurement, ideally in the furniture or home goods sector.

● You are a master negotiator with a proven track record of securing competitive pricing and favorable terms.

● You’re passionate about furniture design and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and innovations.

● You have an extensive network of suppliers and manufacturers, and you know how to build long-term partnerships.

● You have a strategic mindset and are always looking for ways to optimize processes and reduce costs.

● You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus!).

● You’re an independent worker, capable of leading projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
