  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project requirements, set goals, and determine deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical details into business terms and vice versa.
  • Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Implement project management best practices, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficient workflows and successful outcomes.
  • Manage risk and change management, ensuring any project adjustments are communicated and properly documented.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including reports and updates for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in technical project management, preferably in a software or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical acumen, able to understand and discuss architectural and engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or experience in DevOps.
  • PMP or Agile certification.
