Job Summary:
The University of Chicago Law School is seeking a part time, temporary, non-benefits eligible Admissions Coordinator to support JD application processing, tracking, and submission. The position reports to the Director of Admissions and Programs and is expected to work 25 hours a week. The Admissions Coordinator must work collaboratively with other student services managers and administrators to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely performance of admissions operations and to facilitate and resolve student and office problems. This position is expected to start in mid-August 2025 and the anticipated end date is no later than December 12, 2025.

Education, Experience, or Certifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Background in higher education and/or legal settings preferred.
Understanding of student services preferred.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
This position can be fully remote, but in-person training may be requested in the first few weeks of the position.
This is a part-time position of approximately 25 hours per week.
