Job description

Mission:
At Verity, our mission is to revolutionize warehouse operations by deploying autonomous drone systems that automate inventory management, enabling zero-error accuracy and operational efficiency for global enterprises. Our Revenue Operations team is pivotal to this mission, empowering our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with cutting-edge systems, automation, and insights to drive scalable growth. By blending technology, data, and strategy, we optimize the revenue engine to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and business.

Role Overview:
We're seeking a skilled GTM Engineer to design and optimize systems and workflows driving our commercial revenue. Ideal for a systems thinker passionate about data, process, and technology, you'll architect our Salesforce environment, enhance revenue insights, and align reps, processes, and tools for scalable growth. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this fully remote role supports a global team using tools like Salesforce, Clay, and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Systems & Automation: Configure Salesforce and tools (Clay, Clearbit, Slack) to streamline GTM operations. Build automated workflows for lead routing, enrichment, pipeline movement, and follow-ups. Deploy AI for account research, outreach personalization, forecasting, and post-call insights.
  • Sales Operations & Forecasting: Improve forecasting accuracy with pipeline analysis and deal inspection tools. Maintain territory models, quotas, and compensation dashboards with RevOps and Finance. Support quarterly planning and executive dashboards.
  • Data Architecture & Hygiene: Optimize data pipelines using Clay and custom logic. Collect data to predict purchase, expansion, or churn. Create real-time dashboards for pipeline health and performance metrics.
  • GTM Process Design: Refine sales processes (lead handoff, qualification, opportunity progression, close plans). Collaborate with Enablement to onboard reps with tools and playbooks for faster quota attainment.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Test and improve workflows to boost rep efficiency. Apply product design practices (prototyping, feedback) to enhance features. Drive continuous improvement with data-driven iteration

Your Role:

  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Engineering, or RevOps in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM experience (admin or architect level preferred) and hands-on use of Clay or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with generative AI in GTM (prompt design, agent workflows, AI-driven prospecting).
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS GTM metrics (pipeline coverage, CAC payback, conversion rates).
  • Ability to transform business goals into scalable systems, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Technical fluency in automation tools (Zapier, Workato) or scripting (SQL, Python) a plus; self-motivated with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Why Verity?

  • Fully remote role with periodic invitations to company events held throughout the year.
  • Fair market compensation with a clear path for growth.
  • A great engineering culture with flat hierarchies, emphasizing joint responsibility, mutual trust, and support.
