Job description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Oracle HCM Compensation Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Compensation modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation strategy, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules in alignment with business goals and compensation strategy.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and compensation teams to configure effective, scalable solutions.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Compensation Workbench, and implement Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on best practices, system capabilities, and compliance within global compensation frameworks.
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycles, including design, testing, data migration, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to the Compensation module.
  • Contribute to change management, user training, and documentation for system users and administrators.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Architect, with a specialization in Compensation module implementations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • Oracle Compensation Workbench
    • Fast Formulas
    • HCM Extracts
  • Excellent understanding of compensation planning, budgeting, and execution strategies in a global enterprise context.
  • Experience in global rollouts and end-to-end HCM implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification in Compensation.
  • Exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
  • Experience working with multi-country or multi-currency compensation models.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
