Responsibilities:
« Conduct cold calls to introduce our services and demonstrate how we can meet the unique needs of potential clients. (B2B)
« Persuade decision-makers that our solutions are the perfect fit for their business, highlighting the value we bring
« Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our expert providers to ensure personalized service and support.
« Answer incoming calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
« To come up with new ideas on how to reach more or better customers
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
« Experience in the staffing industry and client relations is preferred
« Fluent in English, written and oral
« Experience in cold calling and appointment setting (B2B)
« Resilient, enthusiastic, full of energy, and passionate
« Good understanding of the American business culture
