We’re looking for a DevOps Team Lead to drive our strategic evolution from traditional DevOps to a modern Platform Engineering approach. This is your opportunity to lead innovation, empower teams through self-service platforms, and create a high-impact developer experience.

As our DevOps Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead the shift from DevOps to a platform-centric mindset, redefining how we build and operate systems
  • Inspire and guide a talented team — setting direction, coaching for growth, and fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and high performance
  • Build developer velocity by creating a scalable, self-service platform that simplifies delivery, eliminates toil, and accelerates innovation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless platform adoption
  • Champion best practices in automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native development
  • Continuously optimize – identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and driving operational excellence

    • 5+ years in DevOps / Software Engineering with deep technical expertise
    • 3+ years leading teams, with a proven track record of developing people and fostering team engagement
