We are seeking an experienced Business Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our dynamic team. This position requires a dedicated individual to support our operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, efficiency in task management, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct insurance verifications to ensure timely processing.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, including scheduling appointments.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations for services.
  • Provide live client greetings using our kiosk platform.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to daily activities and client interactions.
  • Obtaining insurance authorizations
  • Verify recipient eligibility
  • Client check-in/check-out
  • Fax management
  • Referral management
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED:
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with VPN usage for secure connections.
  • Experience with StrataEMR and Prompt EMR are a plus.
  • Dual-monitor setup is required
