The opportunity

Are you passionate about human resources and keen on making a significant impact on reward and compensation structures?

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and client-facing Senior Reward Advisor with over 4 years of experience in the field of employee compensation and benefits. You can perform this role from anywhere in Hungary, with the requirement of one in-person office day per month at our Budapest location.

This role will be instrumental in shaping companies’ job architecture, job evaluation, job leveling, pay and bonus structures and total reward frameworks.

You should be comfortable with leading and supervision a small team (2-3 members). This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of reward mechanisms and their impact on business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement job architecture frameworks that support organizational goals and strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to determine the appropriate grading and leveling of positions within the company.
  • Design pay and bonus structures ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Implement pay structures which are fair, competitive, and in compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of client compensation structures, including benchmarking and market competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement innovative reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor reward solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Prepare and present reports and proposals to clients, clearly communicating recommendations and strategic insights.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, legislative changes, and advancements in compensation and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 reward professionals, fostering their growth and development.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in reward / compensation and benefits, with a focus on job evaluation and grading
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven ability to perform market analysis and design compensation structures.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
  • A collaborative team player with a client-centric approach and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
