Position Overview

We have an immediate need for an Senior Manager, Media Operations and are currently seeking individuals who are interested in a long-term independent contractor engagement (on 1099 status) who would potentially consider a full-time, permanent role with us in the future. Working remotely is an option for this role during the contractor period. You will need to be based in the United States and available during East Coast Time Zone working hours. 

Annalect is searching for a Senior Manager, Media Operations to ensure successful design and implementation of Omni’s suite of marketing operations capabilities to meet each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account requirements gathering in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Implement intermediate product configuration to meet account-specific needs.
  • Train internal agency media ops, account teams, and clients on the benefits and functionality of Omni’s suite of marketing operations capabilities 
  • Provide second-level technical and user support to internal teams and clients to ensure effective use of the product.
  • Provide feedback to Product team to ensure capabilities meet user needs.

Required Skills And Qualifications 

  • Familiarity with the process to launch advertising campaigns (especially across digital channels), as well as the associated buying, tracking, and billing platforms
  • Comfort in forming collaborative relationships with partners and users
  • Comfort adapting communication to varying degrees of technical audiences
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies
  • Self-driven and collaborative
  • Ability to work in an agile manner in an environment with rapidly changing requirements

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
