Job description

Spinnaker Support LLC seeks Director, Technical Support Services to work in Greenwood Village, CO. Lead technical support business in terms of delivery and customer satisfaction through services provided by the global SAP support team. Requirements include Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field, 2 years experience in job offered, SAP Architect or related position, working knowledge of SAP technical stack including on-prem and cloud solutions, SAP Basis admin for Netweaver, installation, migration, support performance monitoring and optimization. Employer will accept combination of education and experience deemed equivalent to U.S. bachelor’s degree by professional evaluator, May telecommute from anywhere in U.S. Salary: $183,857.
