The Team & Role
As a Senior Product Manager, AI for System Administration at Zuora, you will lead the evolution of how enterprise customers implement, manage, and optimize their Zuora environments. You'll own our comprehensive system administration product suite, driving both enhancements to existing tools and the development of new AI-powered capabilities that automate complex tasks, accelerate implementation timelines, and reduce operational friction across development, staging, and production environments.
This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, artificial intelligence, and customer success. You'll enhance our current system administration capabilities while integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to solve real-world problems that directly impact customer time-to-value and operational efficiency. Your solutions will empower system administrators, implementation consultants, and global services teams to configure, deploy, and maintain Zuora systems with unprecedented speed and accuracy.
