We’re looking for a Performance Creative Designer, who combines creativity with a data-driven mindset and knows how to craft compelling visuals that convert. You’ll focus on producing high-performing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and display platforms to support user acquisition and paid growth.

What you will do:

Develop static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and display channels
Brainstorm and execute creative concepts in collaboration with the marketing team
Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives based on A/B test results and performance data
Use AI tools to scale creative production and improve workflows
Align visuals with campaign goals, platform-specific best practices, and brand guidelines
Stay on top of advertising trends and implement best-performing techniques
Organize and manage creative assets and files with version control across multiple projects

About you:

3+ years of experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and/or display ads
Strong skills in video editing and motion design — this is a core part of the role
Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or Final Cut)
Experience with A/B testing and applying data insights to improve creatives
Comfortable using AI tools in creative processes
Understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition strategies
Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail
Able to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, growth, and product teams
English — upper-intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

Experience with subscription-based mobile apps or SaaS products
Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar for analyzing performance
Knowledge of consumer psychology in advertising
