What We’re Looking For:
AmeriSave is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Director of Marketing Measurement & Attribution to lead our analytics efforts across Meta, Google, programmatic, and social platforms. This role is critical to shaping how we evaluate marketing performance, optimize spend, and drive growth through data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do:
  • Own the development and execution of advanced measurement strategies across Meta Advanced Analytics, Google Ads Data Hub, and programmatic platforms like The Trade Desk and DV360.
  • Lead the design of multi-touch attribution models and incrementality testing frameworks across paid search, display, video, and social.
  • Oversee the creation of custom dashboards and reporting pipelines using GA4 and either Snowflake or BigQuery, along with visualization tools like Power BI and Looker.
  • Analyze performance across social platforms including TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others to inform creative and media strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, CRM, and data science teams to unify measurement across platforms and channels.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and influence marketing investment decisions.
What You’ll Need:
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in Meta Advanced Analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads Data Hub, GA4, and either Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Experience working with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or Amazon DSP.
  • Proven experience in attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and media mix modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms, especially Power BI.
  • Experience designing and interpreting incrementality and lift studies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience integrating offline conversion data into digital attribution models.
  • Familiarity with privacy-safe measurement practices and evolving data regulations.
  • Background in financial services or other high-consideration consumer industries.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. ** 
Compensation: 
Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $125,000 - $250,000.
