As HR Business Partner in the People team, you will be responsible for driving people initiatives and being a trusted advisor to the business and right hand to our Chief People Officer. Some of your key tasks as HR Business Partner

  • Be a trusted advisor and train and develop the leadership team on people management topics and processes.

  • Lead projects and change processes based on people management indicators and insights collected from the business.

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders on a strategic and tactical level.

  • Developing initiatives to strengthen the company's culture.

  • Participating in the development or improvement of people management processes.

  • Further expanding the HR analytics needed to drive performance and engagement and to increase retention.
