ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY    

The Senior Manager, SEO will drive not only daily account responsibilities associated with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics, and using third-party SEO tools such as Yoast, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog, but important business outcomes for clients.     

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES    

Reporting to the SEO Director, the Senior Manager, SEO will be responsible for determining and executing best in class SEO strategies, perform SEO audits and drive the implementation roadmap of on-page, technical & off-page optimization, to drive key business outcomes for clients.    

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

  • Serve as a point of escalation for SEO strategy and has a proven track record of fixing various types of SEO issues (e.g. Google penalty, hacked, multi-country, e-commerce, multilingual, technical and heavily complicated sites) 
  • Collaborate & lead client requests professionally 
  • Able to customize a unique plan that caters to different conditions 
  • Proactively collaborate with the Client Services team to re-prioritize as needed throughout the campaign based on clients' shifting needs and changes in business priorities 
  • Present data-driven reports 
  • Monitor all aspects of a project and provide updates to internal teams on a timely basis 
  • Train junior & senior SEO Specialists 
  • Assist in Resource Planning internally and externally 
  • Create SEO proposals to support sales pitching 
  • Govern the department functions and help to push for growth aligned with internal KPIs 
  • Constantly generate sustainable unique values & competitive advantages for the department 
  • Envision new possibilities to increase the department's revenue 

ABOUT YOU   

  • At least 6 years of leadership, consultative, and SEO execution experience in an agency or corporate setting 
  • Proven SEO track record for accounts handled 
  • Experienced with handling different types of clients, niches, and internal team issues 
  • Passion for building long lasting client relationships across various industries and verticals 
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach 
  • Ability to extract trends and insights from complex data sets 
  • Ability to commute daily to Mid Valley Office (post-pandemic) and is effective and comfortable to support Work-From-Home mode 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
