About You:
You’re an experienced Recruiter who excels in organization, detail-orientation, empathy, and confidentiality. You have outstanding communication and decision-making skills and demonstrate proactive initiative. Ideally, you’re comfortable navigating sensitive topics and interactions, ensuring candidates feel safe and valued throughout the hiring process.

Ideal location and schedule:
Remote, full-time, CET timezone preferred.

Top 5 Objectives:

  • Consistently generate qualified leads, particularly for chatter roles.

  • Ensure thorough and accurate candidate evaluation and reporting.

  • Proactively engage with talent pools to build robust candidate pipelines.

  • Maintain clear and confidential communication with all applicants.

  • Align recruitment efforts with company growth and cultural fit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates efficiently and confidentially.

  • Create detailed reports on candidate suitability, performance potential, and cultural alignment.

  • Develop strategies to continuously attract suitable candidates.

  • Ensure candidate confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Maintain active communication with hiring managers regarding candidate assessments and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, although Dutch is not a requirement that would be a great asset.

  • Proven track record in recruiting (minimum 2+ years).

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • High degree of empathy, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work flexibly in a remote, part-time schedule aligned with CET hours.

  • Experience or comfort in recruiting roles requiring high levels of confidentiality in the adult industry.
