Who are we looking for?

Lead Full-Stack Developer

Solid experience in full-stack development using TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL
Experience leading a team or acting as a technical mentor, you know how to balance hands-on development with team responsibilities
You are proactive, organized, and communicate clearly across technical and nontechnical teams
You enjoy building internal systems that support and accelerate other teams
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to automate and simplify processes
You take ownership and help your team deliver high-quality solutions
Very good English skills, German or French is a plus
You want to work on a product that makes a real-world difference in healthcare

not a must, but nice to have:

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation
Familiarity with role-based access control, logging/monitoring, and process automation frameworks
Previous work on internal developer platforms, admin tools, or workflow automation systems
