Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Strong knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in using Databricks for data science work, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
Apply both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques to solve complex business problems and optimize processes
Solid understanding of data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders
