Position Summary: The Director of Training and Professional Development is a key leader within the HR Department, responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive organizational and professional development initiatives. This position will be directly responsible for designing and coordinating an organization-wide onboarding program and working with internal and external contributors to design and implement professional development trainings for existing staff as part of a Goddard Riverside Training Institute. This role requires strategic vision, innovation, and a commitment to fostering professional growth and development across the organization. The Director will oversee the development of both live and asynchronous learning modules to accommodate diverse learning styles and schedules and will participate as a trainer for a portion of the learning module. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary Range: $92,000 – $103,000
Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
