📚 Physical Therapist Assistant Education & Licensure
  • MD Physical Therapist Assistant license or PTA Compact license (Required)

  • Associate's or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Required)

  • BLS/CPR Certification (Preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license, clean MVA record, car insurance (Required)
