Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join their growing internal recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles across NHS sites, working closely with operational teams to ensure staffing excellence and patient-first delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Clinical Operations Leads to understand ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Clinical staff across NHS sites – from advertising to onboarding.

  • Proactively source, attract and engage both active and passive candidates through innovative techniques (headhunting, Boolean searches, social media outreach, etc.).

  • Create engaging job adverts and manage applicant pipelines across multiple vacancies.

  • Build and nurture talent pools of Consultants, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within ATS/CRM systems.

  • Track and improve key hiring metrics including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.

  • Liaise with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure smooth, timely placements.

  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience with clear, consistent communication at every stage.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Work with external recruitment partners and platforms where necessary.

  • Coordinate shifts and bookings for clinical staff across Trust sites.



Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical or healthcare recruitment experience .

  • Proven success in hiring for roles such as Nurses, Consultants, or Allied Health Professionals.

  • Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing capabilities.

  • Comfortable using Boolean searches, social media, job boards, and talent databases.

  • Hands-on experience using ATS/CRM systems.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to influence and collaborate at all levels.
