Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HTML Template Developer to support our SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building and customizing HTML-based document templates that dynamically display customer-specific data using merge fields or placeholders.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and customize HTML/CSS document templates for various use cases (e.g., invoices, reports, letters).
Incorporate system-generated merge fields/placeholders to support dynamic content.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive formatting of all templates.
Test templates using sample data and different scenarios to validate accuracy and behavior.
Document template structures and field mappings clearly for team reference and future maintenance.
Work closely with product and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into high-quality document outputs.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Proven experience designing structured, professional layouts for documents.

Work Set up: Remote
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; The candidate will initially work on Canadian time during the training period, after which they may transition to Philippine local time with some required overlap. This will be a part time role with 20-30 hours per week
