Job description

Your mission

You will contribute to the development and review of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in accordance with international standards such as ISO 27001 and other relevant guidelines.
As a point of contact, you will advise management and relevant stakeholders on the development of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure information security.
You will lead the execution of risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the ISMS and for implementing improvement measures to ensure that information security objectives are met.
You will act as a link to our data protection team to ensure a consistent approach and provide support where necessary.
You will support our sales team in responding to customer inquiries related to information security.

Your profile

You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, law, or a comparable field of study.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the area of information security, ISMS, and/or data protection.
You have industry experience in financial services, fintech, or IT services (advantageous but not mandatory).
Existing certifications or training such as ISO 27001, Cyber Security, etc. are an advantage.
You have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Initiative and commitment are among your strengths.
You have excellent communication skills and you are proficient in German (C1 preferred) and you have a very good command of English — as we work in an international team.
