We are looking for a proactive, communicative person who just graduated from university or already has 1-2 years of working experience. What does a Recruiter do on a daily basis?

• Search, approach, and attract top talent.
• Screen and select candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pools.
• Advise on job descriptions and processes.
• Use social and professional networking to identify and source candidates.

What we require from you?

• Proficient knowledge in English (written and spoken), preferably German, but is not a must
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• First time right and a happy to serve attitude
• Being curious and proactive with loads of positive energy
• Have willingness to learn and further develop yourself as a Recruitment Professional
