Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping teams run smoothly behind the scenes? At Phreesia, we’re transforming healthcare by making care easier for patients and providers — and we’re looking for someone like you to join our growing Client Experience team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving operational efficiency, supporting internal initiatives, and ensuring our Client Experience teams have the data, tools, and coordination they need to succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally, gain exposure to business operations, and build a foundation for a thriving career in healthcare technology — all while being part of a fun, collaborative, and mission-driven team.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Client Experience team members by managing expense processes, coordinating internal events, and handling ad hoc operational requests
  • Maintain and update Salesforce records, ensuring data integrity across initiatives
  • Respond to sales support tickets and requests, independently completing tasks within SLA timelines
  • Help execute change management efforts and gain peer alignment on new processes and tools
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Increase overall efficiency of the Sales Support organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, sales support or technical support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re clear, concise, and responsive across all forms of communication (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests from a queue
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Experience working with client-facing teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Client Services)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Shift Timings: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am IST

Weekly Rejuvenation Breaks: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Rotational Week offs
