Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support for establishment and further development of a management system for sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environment, occupational health and safety in Regional Purchasing in coordination with global Purchasing Sustainability.

  • Lead the development of strategy in line with the business KPI's for a Sustainability@Suppliers including but not limited to: Sustainable Procurement Policy (SPP), Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), Sustainability Target Agreements (STA), Purchasing Transformation Programs (PTP), Sustainability@Supplier Initiatives and validation of processes at suppliers to support our drive to carbon neutrality. 

  • Roll out of purchasing-specific training documents for internal and external users (suppliers) and implementation or coordination of training courses in the region

  • Set and follow up relevant targets on regional level in alignment with global targets in the area of purchasing sustainability

Your Qualifications
  • Technical studies (preferred) e.g. mechanical/environmental engineering with a corresponding focus or Commercial studies, e.g. with a focus on sustainability, supply chain management or comparable specialisations 
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience focus on sustainability, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of common international management systems
  • The working location can be in all countries in Asia Pacific
