Job description

About Us

At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity by pushing the limits of what’s possible—leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation to stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats.

From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to join our Cloud Native Security (CNS) team, a core pillar within SentinelOne’s CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platform) organization. At SentinelOne, our CNAPP platform empowers organizations to secure applications and infrastructure across their entire cloud-native lifecycle—from development to production—offering unified visibility, threat detection, and compliance at scale. Join us and help shape the future of cloud security in one of SentinelOne’s most strategically important product lines.

Our CNS offering is consistently recognized as a category leader by customers and analysts alike. SentinelOne is top-rated on G2 for Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and Container Security, and highly rated by security professionals on Gartner Peer Insights, with praise for ease of use, deployment flexibility, and depth of protection. As more enterprises shift to modern cloud infrastructure, SentinelOne’s CNAPP continues to lead the way—unifying security for developers, DevOps, and SecOps across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

In this role, you will drive new product initiatives that expand the breadth and depth of our CNS portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying critical customer problems, defining the product vision, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, UX, marketing, and field teams to bring solutions to market. You will help unify how organizations secure modern cloud environments, including containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native workloads. You will be part of a globally distributed team, working closely with stakeholders across the Prague, Eastern US, India, and Israel (IL) time zones. This is a highly strategic and visible role requiring strong technical acumen, customer empathy, and market intuition. You’ll serve as a key leader on the CNS product team, influencing the future direction of SentinelOne’s broader cloud security roadmap.

Given collaboration with global teams across Engineering and Product, EST-based individuals are preferred for this opportunity.

What will you do?
  • Drive Product Strategy for New CNS Initiatives
Own and execute strategy for key new initiatives across our CNS portfolio. Define, validate, and prioritize capabilities that help customers secure their modern cloud-native applications and infrastructure. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, technical feasibility, and differentiated execution.
  • Customer-Centric Problem Solving
Engage with customers, prospects, field teams, and partners to deeply understand pain points and evolving needs. Synthesize insights into actionable requirements. Build clear and compelling PRFAQs and strategy documents that guide product investment decisions.
  • Technical Collaboration & Execution
Partner closely with engineering and architecture to define technical requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Lead feature planning, backlog prioritization, and user acceptance testing. Serve as the connective tissue between technical teams and business outcomes.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence
Monitor evolving trends across cloud-native security, DevSecOps, and cloud provider ecosystems. Understand how emerging risks, technologies, and standards impact the CNS space, and translate that into informed roadmap decisions.
  • Measure What Matters
Define success metrics for features and initiatives. Leverage telemetry, customer feedback, and usage data to assess adoption and impact. Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the product lifecycle.
  • Internal and External Evangelism
Act as a product champion within SentinelOne and in the broader market. Collaborate with product marketing, enablement, and sales to develop GTM assets, deliver demos, and participate in strategic customer briefings.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
  • At least 12 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent directly relevant work experience.
  • Proven success driving new product initiatives from ideation to launch, preferably in cloud-native security or DevSecOps platforms.
  • Deep understanding of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and common cloud security misconfigurations, including IAM, storage, networking, and runtime risks.
  • Strong technical background and experience collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams to build scalable enterprise software.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills—comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Demonstrated success influencing without authority in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and incorporating their feedback into product planning.
