Neo Group is on the lookout for a Global IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

Responsibilities:

  • User Support: Providing technical support to company employees on issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks, including remote workplaces.
  • Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, software, network equipment, and telephone systems.
  • Problem Resolution: Swift identification and resolution of malfunctions, as well as providing user consultations on IT hardware and software usage.
  • Documentation: Maintaining documentation on completed work, updates, and changes in IT infrastructure systems. Writing user manuals.
  • Security Compliance: Adhering to company security standards and policies in information security.
  • User and group management (LDAP, FreeIPA, Keycloak)
  • Access Provisioning: Issuing and managing user access to company internal systems following established procedures and security policies.
  • Automation of Routine Processes and Tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience: Experience in IT support or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), computer networks, software, and hardware.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to promptly identify and resolve user issues, providing technical support via email, phone, and in person.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Organisational Abilities: Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under high pressure.
  • Desire to develop and explore modern IT products.
  • Sufficient English language skills for communication with English-speaking colleagues.
