The Role

Ondersteunen bij de inrichting van het managementsysteem, waaronder het verzamelen en structureren van benodigde stuurinformatie.
Assisteren bij de informatievoorziening richting sales en externe stakeholders, met name bij het voorbereiden van rapportages, presentaties en salesplannen.
Bijdragen aan het opstellen van financiële overzichten en dashboards die gebruikt worden voor besluitvorming en kwartaalrapportages (o.a. Excel/spreadsheets).
Analyseren van de huidige situatie en behoeften binnen de nieuwe afdeling (greenfield-benadering), inclusief knelpunteninventarisatie en verbeteradviezen.
Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en opvolgen van korte termijn doelstellingen en planning, inclusief het bewaken van deliverables.
Samenwerken met verschillende interne stakeholders, zoals security en HR, om de benodigde processen en structuren vorm te geven.
Meedenken over een cultuurverandering richting meer investeringsgericht denken binnen een traditioneel op kostenbesparing georiënteerde organisatie.
