Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to streaming services, playlists, subscriptions, and more.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
- A strong affinity for music and podcasts.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
