Job Description:

Provide analytical thought leadership, standard and ad hoc analysis, modeling, reporting and insights in support of the Sales Operations, compensation and performance management team in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in an organized manner, ensuring timelines are met in generating analysis and insights meeting tight deadlines. Design metrics, routines and supporting tools to ensure the right activities and behaviors are measured for new and steady-state business processes, demonstrating an ability to correlate those behaviors to drive desired financial results. Create reporting, analysis, and insights to support the sales compensation program and overall Sales Operations activities. Develop analysis and enabling reports and dashboards to understand the effectiveness of the sales compensation program, strategic territory planning activities and the execution of performance management. Analyze trends and develop insights that create a bias for action to optimize profitable sales growth. Provide support in all aspects of the Sales Consultant compensation program, including but not limited to annual level change process, development of bonus criteria, and the creation and implementation of any supporting tools to drive behaviors, grow business and protect margin. Design and develop streamlined and linked reporting across multiple functions in support of annual goal planning, quarterly reviews and daily execution processes. Contribute to the development of criteria and the creation of reporting to track the annual corporate recognition awards. Work closely with Sales Technology Enablement and Learning and Development teams to develop communication, training, and deployment plans to execute performance management routines. Work closely with Business Technology team to create analytics and reporting capabilities to enable performance management routines. Connect via effective written and verbal communications as well as visualizations in a credible manner with various stakeholders and transfer business insights for action at different levels of the organization. 

Minimum Requirement:                                       

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related analytical field of study AND 3 years of reporting and analytics experience using SQL, AWS, Tableau, Advanced Excel, including experience modeling data and creating field ready reporting and insights tools; 1 year of experience in Revenue Management, Sales or Finance/Merchandising role.

Travel Requirements: 

Up to 10% travel to headquarters and other Sysco facilities or operating companies required.
