An organisation active in the public sector, based in Brussels.

YOUR ROLE

As HRIS & Process Lead, you will:

  • Drive the design, optimisation, and implementation of HR processes and policies

  • Coordinate HRIS and digitalisation initiatives from need identification to rollout

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through process modelling and KPI monitoring

  • Align internal stakeholders and external partners (IT, Transformation, Legal, vendors) on project priorities

  • Ensure high-quality HR data and reporting through clear processes and collaboration
