We're looking for a Partnership Manager to help us build a strong ecosystem of partners - from global CRM platforms to local sales agencies - and turn Bizzy into a trusted name in every European sales stack. 📍 Based in Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

🔥 What you’ll be doing
  • Build our partner ecosystem Spot and secure high-potential partners, from global tech giants to local agencies and niche tools. You’re the face of Bizzy in this fast-growing network.

  • Nurture strategic relationships Be the trusted go-to for our partners. You build trust, maintain momentum, and ensure long-term success on both sides.

  • Co-create go-to-market campaigns Work with partners on bold initiatives: events, co-marketing, lead sharing - you make ideas happen and results visible.

  • Drive integration & product alignment Collaborate with product to define integration use cases, shape partner priorities, and deliver value to users.

  • Fuel community growth Help build and scale Bizzy’s European sales community - online and offline - bringing sales professionals together around our mission.

  • Track, learn, and stay ahead Monitor performance, optimize for impact, and keep an eye on trends and opportunities that help us stay one step ahead.
