What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced hands on operational HR officer/advisor with great interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for people and delivering best in class HR support to join our HR team on a 12 months fixed term contract.

As a true HR generalist, this will be a hands on operational role where you will be working across all aspects of day to day HR as well as completing transactional administrative components of the People & Culture function.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • End to end Recruitment

  • Managing Onboarding and Induction

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR related queries.

  • Support on exciting HR and business wide projects. 

  • Support in championing best in class talent development to support growth and development of our team as the business continues to grow.

  • HR administration including preparation of employment contracts, letters, managing HR IT systems etc.

  • Dealing hands on with general day to day HR operations.

 

To succeed: 

  • You’re a people person through and through! You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to a varied and fast-paced workload, but ensure you still make time for a bit of fun!  

  • Prior experience in a HR Coordinator or HR officer role with at least 2 years experience working in HR and a genuine passion for the work you do and delivering quality work.

  •  You pride yourself on your ability to effectively organise yourself and your tasks, ensuring that timelines are met.  

  • Minimum 2+ years HR generalist with talent acquisition experience

  • A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline is required

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to be self driven, work autonomously and use initiative

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience working with HR Ai tools advantageous but not essential
