Job title: Business Operations Project Management Senior Associate

Location: Remote

Hours: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to support the execution of cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. This senior associate-level role is ideal for someone early in their project management career, with strong organizational skills, an interest in security, and a desire to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with project leads and technical teams to track tasks, document progress, and help ensure timely delivery of key InfoSec initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and tracking of security-related projects, including risk mitigation, tooling efforts, and internal process improvements.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec and cross-functional partners (e.g., IT, Legal, Engineering) to document requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, action items, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Monitor project milestones and support follow-up on risks, decisions, and tasks.
  • Assist with audit preparation and evidence tracking by helping organize documentation and timelines.

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year supporting or delivering InfoSec / Cyber, IT or Engineering initiatives. 
  • Associates degree+ in Information Systems, Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams across departments. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence without authority. 
  • Familiarity with information security domains, risk management, or regulatory compliance is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
